Ford Escape Incident

The driver of the Escape was traveling east on [XXX] while using ACC/LCA. A BMW in the adjacent lane abruptly cut into the driver's lane, resulting in a collision with the front-right of the Escape. The impact caused the Escape to veer off the roadway and collide with the center median barrier, leading to additional damage on the front and left side of the vehicle. The driver of the BMW fled the scene. No injuries were reported. The airbags on the Escape deployed, and the vehicle was towed from the scene.
