On August [XXX], 2025, a Chevrolet Bolt EUV was traveling eastbound on [XXX] ([XXX]) in Houston, Texas, with Super Cruise engaged and active. After exiting the highway, crash data indicated that the vehicle experienced two frontal impacts, which resulted in the deployment of the front seat belt pretensioners and airbags.
