Narrative
On September [XXX], 2025, a 2024 Chevrolet Traverse was traveling westbound on [XXX] in Greenwich, Connecticut, with Super Cruise engaged and active. Crash data
indicated a rear impact followed by a frontal impact that deployed the front seat belt pretensioners and airbags. Both the driver and right front passenger were wearing their seat belts at the time of the crash. According to OnStar audio recordings, the driver alleged they were rear-ended and spun out. Telematics data shows that Super Cruise was "Engaged and Active" but changed to "Disabled/Not ready" 4 seconds prior to the crash, due to braking.
