On November [XXX], 2025, a 2024 GMC Sierra was travelling westbound on state highway [XXX] in Corsicana, Texas, with Super Cruise engaged and active. Crash data indicated a frontal impact occurred that deployed the front seat belt pretensioners and airbags. The driver was wearing their seat belt at the time of the crash. According to OnStar recordings, the driver reported that they hit a deer and requested a tow truck.
