On November [XXX], 2025, a 2025 GMC Yukon was travelling southbound on [XXX] in Reading, Kansas, with Super Cruise engaged and active. Crash data indicated a frontal impact occurred that deployed the front seat belt pretensioners and airbags. The driver was wearing their seat belt at the time of the crash. According to OnStar recordings, the driver reported that they hit a deer. Super Cruise changed to a Degraded Escalation state at the time of the crash due to as forward collision alert.
