Narrative
On February [XXX], 2026, a 2025 GMC Yukon was traveling northbound on [XXX] in Wilmington, Massachusetts, with Super Cruise engaged and active. Crash data indicated a frontal impact occurred that deployed the front seat belt pretensioners and frontal airbags. The driver was wearing their seat belt at the time of the crash. A review of the OnStar audio recordings indicated no response from the driver. According to telematics data, Super Cruise entered a Disabled/Not Ready state 1.4 seconds prior to the crash due to a brake pedal press.
