Mercedes-Benz C 300 4MATIC Incident

The lessee of the subject MY2024 C 300 4MATIC initially contacted the MBUSA Customer Assistance Center (CAC) on July [XXX], 2024, and stated he was driving northbound in the left lane up a slight hill on [XXX] in Marietta, GA. He alleged that all driver assistance features were active and he had both hands on the steering wheel when the car pulled leftward into the curb, causing the left front tire to blow out. The lessee had the subject vehicle towed to a local authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer. There are currently no allegations of injury or airbag deployment. This incident report is based entirely on the drivers description and allegations. In accordance with the requirements of the NHTSA ADAS/ADS SGO, MBUSA is submitting this 5-day incident report. MBUSA has not confirmed or verified this account or any of its allegations and has initiated further investigation into the alleged incident.
