Subaru Outback Incident

The customer is not alleging any vehicle defect and had contacted Subaru to inquire whether her maintenance policy would cover the cost of necessary repairs. The subject vehicle was traveling southbound on [XXX] in WV near [XXX] at 9:40 PM EST when it struck two animals crossing in front. The customer confirmed that Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and the Lane Centering Function (LCF) were both engaged at the time of the incident. The police were contacted but did not respond to the incident. The vehicle was towed from the location. The customer confirmed that there were no injuries and stated that they were very happy with the performance of the vehicle.
