Toyota Venza Incident

The entries in this report are based on unconfirmed allegations. Toyota received a contact on Nov. [XXX], 2022 in which the customer stated that, "he had an accident, and it was a total loss and he wanted to let Toyota know he had a newborn and his wife and him is okay. Guest sts he wanted to thank Toyota and he will buy Toyota again." The customer alleged, "he had the lane assistance on and he was looking at his son and he just flipped 3 times and then someone had to come help." The customer also stated, "The vehicle was towed away from the scene and the customer's wife went to the hospital." Through additional communication with the customer on Nov.
