On May [XXX], 2025, at approximately 10:37 AM ET, the subject vehicle was traveling with Highway Assist (HWA) engaged at a speed of approximately 75 mph. At 10:37:29 AM there was a significant steering input from the driver that overrode HWA and then the vehicle crashed. The data shows that for the 20 seconds prior to this sudden steering input the drivers hands were not on the steering wheel.
