Customer was driving at 40 miles per hour and swerved to avoid hitting a deer. As a result, the customer hit a tree. Customer alleges that while the Lane Keep Assist (LKAS) and the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) were engaged, and the Collision Mitigation Braking System did not engage.
