HONDA HR-V Incident

Honda Customer Service received a crash report from the customer on February [XXX], 2026. The customer reported that she was driving on February [XXX], 2026, at 1:20AM with the Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Keep Assist systems in use. She stated that she left a convenience store on a main road and made a right turn, then traveled approximately 300 feet at 25 mph. The customer alleged that the vehicle suddenly veered to the left, then impacted a tree and rolled over twice. The vehicle's airbags deployed and the vehicle was towed from the crash scene. The customer sustained minor injuries during the incident. The customer reported the roadway had visible lane lines; however, she was unable to recall several aspects of the incident, stating "everything happened so fast and she was in shock."
