The customer's son was driving on a 65 miles per hour parkway with the adaptive cruise control engaged when a truck drove in front of the customer's vehicle. The customer alleges that the vehicle did not slow down on its own and did not react to his son pressing on the brakes, causing the customer's son to rear-end the truck. The customer alleges that the Lane Keep Assist System and Adaptive Cruise Control were engaged.
