A Hyundai Motor America associate was operating a 2024 Sonata employee lease vehicle with the vehicle's Adaptive Cruise Control ("ACC"), and Lane Following Assist ("LFA") features engaged. While the vehicle was in motion the driver drove off the road and hit a tree, allegedly due to sunlight glare. NASO is in process of reaching out to the associate for additional information.
