HYUNDAI Tucson Incident

A Hyundai consumer reported operating a 2025 Tucson vehicle with what they allege as "Auto Drive" and "Lane Assist" features engaged. According to the customer's statement, after exiting a main road and making a left turn, they continued driving with the following features active: Speed setting engaged Lane keeping function enabled Hands reportedly on the steering wheel The customer alleges that shortly thereafter, the vehicle began to depart from the roadway without warning. The customer alleges attempting to correct the vehicle's path by steering, at which point the vehicle lost control, rolled over multiple times, and ultimately came to rest approximately 40 feet down an embankment. The customer stated that a police report is available from the Georgia State Patrol with a number of [XXX].
