Rivian R1T Incident

According to the customers description of events, on May [XXX], 2025, at approximately 11:30 PM ET during the time of the accident, she only had her left hand on the wheel when she was using driver assist. Customer states that she was driving on the fast lane when the vehicle pulled over to the left divided line, and she hit multiple plastic dividers. Rivian reviewed the vehicle logs from the time of the alleged incident and was unable to identify an event matching this description. When Rivian followed up with the customer for additional details, they described an entirely different event that did not involve ADAS features. Rivian believes that at the time of the customers experience no ADAS features were actually engaged.
