On August [XXX], 2025, a Cadillac CT5-V was traveling southbound on [XXX] in Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, with Super Cruise engaged and active. Crash data indicates rear and side impacts occurred that deployed airbags and front seat belt pretensioners. The driver was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. The cause of the impacts remains undetermined. Telematics data shows that Super Cruise entered a "Disabled/Not Ready" state 7 seconds prior to the crash due to a brake press, hands detected on the steering wheel and an applied steering wheel torque.
