On September [XXX], 2025, a 2024 Cadillac Escalade was travelling southbound on [XXX] in Cincinnati, Ohio, with Super Cruise engaged and active. Crash data indicates there was a frontal impact that deployed the front seat belt pretensioners and airbags. The driver was wearing their seat belt at the time of crash. According to OnStar audio recordings, the driver alleged that a truck pulling a horse trailer cut in front of them and they were unable to avoid striking the the trailer.
