CADILLAC CT5 Incident

On March [XXX], 2026, a 2026 Cadillac CT5 was traveling eastbound on [XXX] near Stillwater, Oklahoma. Crash data recorded a left side impact that resulted in deployment of the airbags and front seat belt pretensioners. The driver and passenger were wearing their seat belts at the time of the crash. A review of the OnStar audio recording indicates the subject vehicle was going through a traffic signal controlled intersection when a vehicle turning left in the opposite direction hit the driver's side of the subject vehicle. System data shows that Super Cruise changed state to "Enabled' 16 seconds before incident due to a driver take over.
