Customer states: Driving and took eyes off the road for a second. Car hit guard rail. The whole tire came off. The front door and the backdoor (damaged). Driving with auto pilot. The auto pilot didn't stay on the road. No lane assist (support). Feels this is vehicle issue. We have not inspected the vehicle.

Customer engaged pilot assist and then preceded to remove attention from roadway to pick up object inside of the vehicle. The vehicle impacted a barrier and the wheels and tires on the side of impact were damaged. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
