On July [XXX], 2025, a 2025 Buick Enclave was traveling west on [XXX] in Farmington Hills, Michigan, with Super Cruise engaged and active. Crash data indicates a low-level collision that did not result in airbag or front seat belt pretensioner deployment. Telematics data indicates that the driver seat belt was buckled prior to the crash. According to OnStar audio recordings, the driver reported being struck in the rear by another vehicle, and the other vehicle's airbags deployed. Telematics data also shows that approximately 5 seconds prior to the crash, Super Cruise entered a "Disabled/Not Ready" state due to a brake press.
