On December [XXX], 2025, a 2026 Cadillac Lyriq was travelling southbound on [XXX] in Clio, Michigan, with Super Cruise engaged and active. Crash data indicates there was a frontal impact that deployed the front seat belt pretensioners and airbags. The driver and front passenger were wearing their seat belt at the time of crash. A review of the OnStar audio recordings indicated that their vehicle hit another vehicle. Telematics data indicates that Super Cruise entered an "Enabled" state 6 seconds prior to the crash.
